As a first responder, resilience is non-negotiable. Resilient first responders take action when faced with an obstacle or challenge in life. They research, plan, learn, and adapt so they can overcome professional and personal challenges. Because they own their reality, they are resilient in the face of adversity.
This unique program focuses on developing your mental & physical resilience, teaching you to function at the highest levels during and after crises or ongoing challenges. Band of brothers / sisters. Understand, identify and cope with suicide ideation and prevention, concerns of self-harm, substance abuse and addiction, including the importance of seeking professional help when necessary.
First responders need to work on their own development to ensure that they have the inner strength to face and overcome obstacles.
Mental toughness, physical resilience, inner leadership, discipline, and a powerful mindset are must-have assets in today’s world to navigate through change and challenges and to prevail overadversity.
I created this workshop based on real-world experience as a unit leader of an elite defense team, and refined it over the course of more than a decade of consulting and training. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the resilient mindset and team leadership.
